Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the consumer protection regulations applicable in Spain and the European Union, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, without having to justify your decision or give any reason.

This right is independent of the condition of the product: the item does not need to be defective to be returned; it is enough that you have changed your mind.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under current regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including:

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, an email) within the 14-day period, including:

Order number
Customer's full name
Date of purchase and date of receipt
Your decision to withdraw from the contract

Once we receive your request, we will give you the instructions and the address for returning the product. You have a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal to return the product.

Return costs

The direct costs of returning the product will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase.

Refund

Once we have received the returned product (or, failing that, proof that it has been shipped), we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard one we offer), within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and at no cost to the customer.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product has lost value as a result of handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, all products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Spanish law, which applies to products that are defective or do not conform to what was agreed. This guarantee is separate from and independent of the right of withdrawal explained above.
