Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on orders with 2 or more Lunara bands and on orders over €55. For all other orders, the shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Order processing
All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse. We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders are normally processed within 24–48 business hours from the order date, and shipping takes place the day after processing. We do not ship on weekends. During holiday periods and sales seasons, processing times may be longer than usual, taking between 1 and 6 business days.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to change your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible at contactoalveris@gmail.com, as once the order has been processed we will not be able to make any changes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After processing, delivery time depends on your location. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow the status of your delivery in real time.
In exceptional cases, an order may take longer than usual. If you experience any unusual delay, please contact us at contactoalveris@gmail.com and we will be happy to help.
